This work focuses on transforming Internet Safety education into an engaging, interactive and meaningful learning experience through gamification, board game design and Augmented Reality.

Content Compilation & Gamification

Internet Safety lessons will be transformed into engaging, gamified content. LudusXR’s expertise will help combine traditional learning approaches with game-based elements that motivate pupils to participate actively.

Task Development & Verification

Mini-tasks for the game will be created in collaboration with partner schools and verified by educators to ensure strong educational value, accuracy and classroom relevance.

Board Game Concept Development

The project will design game rules, the gameplay loop, win and lose conditions, and a clear structure that turns learning tasks into an immersive educational board game experience.

AR Implementation in Companion App

An Augmented Reality layer will be added through a companion app, allowing learners to interact with the physical board and apply cybersecurity knowledge in a mixed physical-digital environment.

Overall Aim

To demonstrate that AI, educational technology and gamification can be used as effective learning tools that support meaningful education — not only as sources of entertainment.
